Unrivaled Process Exposure (UPE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between aspiring athletes and their goals. Our approach involves creating personalized Individualized Exposure Plans (IEPs) tailored to each athlete's unique needs and future plans. Founded in 2021 by CEO Coach Kirk Peterson, with input from players, parents, and coaches, we prioritize building lifelong relationships while crafting effective IEPs. The Unrivaled process is focused on maximizing exposure and enhancing the recruiting experience, which benefits young athletes by increasing visibility and opportunities for talent recognition. Our aggressive approach includes social media coaching, assistance with official/unofficial visits, game day, and practice visits, among other methods.
UPE's ultimate mission is to align the trajectory of student-athletes with higher education completion through mentorship and skill development.
